Going Green
We have our own opinions on the environment but want to use this page to share our thougts. If you have anything you'd like to add or disagree with - please feel free to add your comments at our Blogspot blog.

We won't only talk about our thoughts on the environment - we'll talk about some of our more interesting events throughout the day - so as ever feel free to comment and we'll always respond.

If you have any ideas on how you feel we can do more for the environment - then that is definately of interest to us. Remember we need to do our bit so that the generation of tomorrow doesnt have to suffer. It's the small things that make the big difference.

Enjoy!

All Change

So much seems to be changing so fast.

I was updated on the roads in one of our neighbouring countries last week and was very impressed with the changes that had been put in place.
Ireland are making huge changes on their roadways which is now making a massive reduction in the time it take s to get from A - B.
Not so long ago a taxi ride from Dublin centre to the airport would have taken close to an hour or more. Now, you can expect to be in the city centre in not far off 15 minutes. I think that's pretty great.

Saying that, trips to the south have now been reduced by as much as three hours. Living in London myself I have to say I'm pretty jealous. Getting from North London to far South London the other day took me just under two hours. I mean, that was under a 20 mile drive. I'm forever turning down business because I have to take on board how long it can sometimes take just to cross the river.

Conclusion: If you ask me there's a lot to be learnt from our neighbours. With energy being high on the agenda I'm pretty sure with some investment no matter how big at this point, we can all save in the long run. For sure roads I'm sure with charging a toll fee that the initial expense will recouped in no time at all. It seems to work in the USA, so maybe there's something worth looking at in the capital.
